Terra Soaps ~ the why, who and where of it all.
Over 20 years ago I began making soaps after I had my first baby.
I wanted pure and natural ingredients, it was a control issue.  I started reading labels and realizing there was alot of not so natural stuff in simple soaps.  Since then I have become concerned with the fact that everything we put on our bodies and rinse down the drain ends up in our water supply...another reason to leave out all the goop!  Next I wanted to create beautiful little art pieces to sit in your soap dish, through botanical herbs, clay and exotic oils I think I am succeeding.  
I started out of my kitchen and now have a soap studio in our very large shop next to our house.
I do mostly everything myself which includes, creating, blending, cutting, beveling, stamping, curing for at least a month and wrapping each bar of soap ~ all for your bath time pleasure.
